Studio Photography

 

1. All studio shoots you must arrive 10 mins prior to your booking, this way I can make the most of your shoot time. If you are late for your appointment this could reduce your shooting time if there is an appointment after you.

 

2. To secure your shoot a booking fee is required, no shoot is guaranteed until this payment has been made along with signing these terms and conditions. (Loyalty Card holders excluded from Booking Fee)

 

3. Upon booking your shoot if you need to cancel or rearrange please give 24 hours notice, failing to do so will mean you have to re-pay the Booking Fee again to re-book.

 

4. You'r welcome to bring any props to your shoot or a change of clothes to vary your photos. I suggest one change as this can also impact your shooting time. I do have a large black curtain which separates the studio so you and the family can get changed in comfort. I don't allow shoes on the backdrop so either socks (Plain black or white look best but this is your choice) or bare feet.

 

5. You will first receive your images in an online gallery un-edited. Once you have chosen the images you want for your products these will be edited for you to see. Once editing has started you can not change your images but your welcome to add new images for additional products, if you have items included in your package let me know which images you would like and how you would like them (Digital, Printed and/or Framed etc.) Your images will be available for viewing for 30 days from the day of upload, after this images will then be archived and backed up but not guaranteed to be available if requested due to space, drive corruption etc.

 

6. If you have a Gift Voucher/Loyalty Card this must be presented at your shoot. If you forget you Gift Voucher/Loyalty Card the shoot can take place but no images will be uploaded or edited until the Gift Voucher/Loyalty Card has been presented, if either have not been presented within 7 days of the shoot images will be deleted.

 

7. If you bring a Pet to the studio, please make sure they are walked etc before hand before coming to the studio to help prevent any accidents in the studio (However accidents do happen and I am prepared for it). Make sure your dog is looking his/her best to get the best pictures and is well behaved.

 

8. If your pet is misbehaving please note that you may not get as many pictures to choose from but we will always do our best to get as much as we can. If your pet become too misbehaved, vicious or uncontrollable, we will ask you to leave the studio for our safety and to prevent anything getting seriously damaged. We will have to invoice you for any damages, and we really don't want to have to do that.

 

9. All images taken solely belong to the photographer, your images maybe used in social media, online or printed media for advertising, if you wish to not have your images used you must make this clear to the photographer at your shoot. The digital images you receive are for personal use only, commercial use has to be agreed by “Jason Parnell Photography”

 

10. I want you to have fun at the studio so all I ask is the children are kept under control as their can be delicate and expensive equipment, I do my best to keep the studio as child friendly as possible however breakages must be paid for.

Location Photography

Vouchers

Loyalty Club Card's

 

Keep your Loyalty Club Card and also your Loyalty Club Card number safe. You will need these through the year.

 

Loyalty Club Card Terms & Conditions.

 

The loyalty card can only be used for 30 minute photo sessions at the studio only for Family Studio Session

You have 4 sessions to use within the 1 year time frame from your first Studio Shoot Date

 

If you have shoots that have not all been used before the year is up these will be non redeemable.

 

You may bring additional family members with you we suggest no more than 8 as this is the backdrop capacity. The person which registers that Loyalty Card must be present at each shoot and all image will go in the same Online Gallery Folder (Separate Folders Inside This).

 

The registered email is where all notifications go to let you know the photos are ready, we will not send to separate emails however the registered Loyalty Card owner can forward this email.

 

Upon booking your shoot if you need to cancel or rearrange please give 24 hours notice, failure to do so will mean loosing a shoot from your loyalty card.

 

You will get given 1 free 10x8 print which can be redeemed via the online gallery on its own or with an order (discount code will be given to redeem free 10x8 print, postage not included). The item value will be discounted at checkout using the Discount/Coupon Code.
